Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):

    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium office chairs. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on 24 Hour Office Chairs and Draughtsman Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging, unless they are defective. These premium chairs require special handling and are subject to additional inspection.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval (we’ll respond within 2 business days)
  4. Pack item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship using specified carrier (return shipping costs may apply)
  6. We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, replacement items ship after return processing
  • Note: Your payment provider may require additional time to show the refund in your account

Damaged or Defective Items
