Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on 24 Hour Office Chairs and Draughtsman Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging, unless they are defective. These premium chairs require special handling and are subject to additional inspection.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs may apply)
  6. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping Information

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
